GRACE AT WORK!

Today makes it one week since my last post, I had a two day empowerment program tagged; Grace to Fulfill Destiny! It was a lovely program with the Holy Ghost at work.

It is first important to have a basic understanding of GRACE. Grace is the free and unmerited favor of God, as manifested in the salvation of sinners and the bestowal of blessings. By your works you don't deserve the blessing but because you are in Christ you become entitled to it.

 Pleas understand, that fulfilling destiny is not by your pedigree, its not by your statue, it is not by age, not even by your academic qualification, it is solely by Gods grace.

So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy. Rom. 9:16

I am sure there many who will disagree, because they feel what ever they have achieved as nothing to do with any god. They will say it was self determination and the will to achieve greatness. 

Let me shock you, there are many educated derelicts out there, I know many, not because they are not good at what they do, but still yet nothing to show for it! 

 My point is, at some point in our lives, we all need the grace of God. Through Christ, this grace has been made available for all who will believe in him, Remember, your receiving is a function of your believing !!!
   
With Gods grace, you don't need to run after the HELPS of men, anyone en-graced by God, help from men is attracted to them! It is a pity, in our world today it seem as if, when you don't know a person of influence or on a high position, your chances of getting to great heights seem very slim.

Good-news, You serve a God whose influence is unlimited and unrestricted!
You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.1 John 4:4
With Grace, your possibilities are unlimited! 
So take advantage of this grace for your fulfillment of Destiny. (Now Stephen, a man full of God's grace and power, did great wonders and miraculous signs among the people. Acts 6:8)  you can live a life above stagnation, frustration and failure if only you will take advantage of this grace!

How do i get this grace?  Get born again and stay born again! You might be surprised to hear this statement, truth is, grace can be limited when you don't live a life of righteousness, Apostle Paul says: What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? having a relationship with God empowers the results of grace in your life! 

Christ is the embodiment of Grace, you can't be in lack of helps! as you begin to take advantage of this grace, I see you attaining greater heights!

Let me also use this medium to congratulate all the CORPERS who just passed out from serving their country (Nigeria), your service will not be in-vain! I would like to also remind you that your service to this great country of ours still continues, so don't stop there, don't give up, continue to give your best to your country, i see more doors opening for you in Jesus mighty name!

Diary Of A City Girl In The Village Episode IV

8pm Ha! Can't believe the trouble I had to go through just to cook myself something to eat, setting up a place to cook wasn't easy, the house where I got an accommodation is made up of six rooms with a long hall separating them, making it three rooms on each sides with no kitchen, it was like I was back to school again, only that this time it was very different. Back then at school, the houses were pretty, more comfy and it smelled better, plus I didn't really live in one of those houses I just visited some friends there. After much debate, I finally decided to set up my kitchen just outside my door, this meant I had to keep an eye on it not because I didn't want the food getting burnt but because I don't have much trust for anyone here yet, it's better safe than sorry! March 4th 2016 Dear diary, this is my second day here now and so far, it's been crazy! Came back late yesterday as I feared, turns out the bank was way off this Village! I was able to get some stuffs, even though they were not really up to my taste, I guess I will make do with what I have! I finally put a call through to my family, I called Lekan first, I could barely hear him, but he sounded angry, something about why I didn't tell him about my trip, I guess he called home and they told him about it...
