The period when one is fired from a job can be a very difficult. It is not only a time you are out of a job but depending on the circumstance upon which you were fired, it can also mean getting another good one is nearly impossible. I am reading a book by one of the world's best-selling motivational and business authors, Harvey Mackay and its titled: We got fired! Here are some of his morals he shares with us, I find them very inspiring and I know will also do you good if it happens that you are going through this period. 1. Some how, some people get the idea that you can't be a good christian when you are a business man or woman! Some even go as far as believing that poverty is a first class ticket to heaven! When I read or hear this things, at times am just sad for them and begin to wonder how they came about this mindset, some of these people have been around longer than I am and most surely have read the bible more than I have, but the little I have read and come to understand does not say anything about God wanting us to be poor! WHEN YOU TAKE THINGS FOR GRANTED, THE THINGS YOU ARE GRANTED GET TAKEN!      How many of us really have sat down with our mums and just told them how much we appreciate them? Not telling them we love them because saying it most times doesn't really mean we meant it. I am talking about you sitting with your mum and you just begin to let her know how much you are glad she brought you into this world. Now I understand many of us may have issues with our mums, maybe she rejected you, maybe she wasn't there for you when you needed her, maybe she refused to support you for some reason or she even has a favorite that isn't you.  I understand these factors can be responsible for the complicated relationship some may have with their mums. But I would like you to understand that in the face of these seemingly difficult situations a mother's love for her child is unquantified!      A Mother Thinks about Her Children Day and Night, Even if they are not with Her.  

It might sound funny to you or maybe perhaps you have experienced it before, you were having a bath and suddenly that great idea came! Different people with different means through which they get ideas, i strongly believe that great ideas come when we are well relaxed and focused on the task at hard. Personally, when i step into my bathing room, i just begin to see everything as they are supposed to be, I don't know why or how, maybe its because am more relaxed at that point or its how the water splashes on my body, i guess this why people go on vacation, ministers go to mountains just for a renewal of ideas. This post is a continuation of the last one. Last time i spoke a little on how effective good or bad communication can be on our relationships, talking to each other helps avoid misunderstanding, this is why we have therapeutic sessions where all that is basically done is "Talking about it". Many walk out of those sessions wishing they had talked about it, so much troubles could have been avoided. So open up and talk about it! In conclusion of this topic, i would like to quickly point out to us one hindrance to how effective our communication can be. By now i am sure you know what i am taking about.       Sitting in a bus, traveling for an a appointment, I began to reflect on some statements I have head some people make over and over again, one of these statement being "I am just a passenger in this world" , meaning they are just passing by or something like that.       You see, when you are wrongly informed, your thinking and your talking will be wrong! it is so important for us to get the right information that will lead to right thinking and talking. Being a passenger in this world simply means you having no effect and impact on this world, this is what happens when you are traveling, you really don't most times if not all the time have no effect on the means of  transportation at all.         Many still don’t realize that Gods love for us is perfect and unconditional! Gods love for you is not based on how well behaved you are or how much you give to the less privileged! The Bible clearly states that, if we agree upon anything, it shall be done! There is POWER, SPEED and QUALITY in Agreement! Unfortunately, many have missed out in the opportunity of help because of their attitude! You really don’t gain any Rep. by working around moody all day! Even your helpers becomes afraid to approach you! Imagine a sales agent knocking on your door in the morning with a moody face and attitude, it doesn’t matter what he sells, you will probably not buy! Is it because he sells rubbish? No!    I strongly believe everyone is born with a leadership instinct. Some of us just find it easier to follow those instinct than others.    Here, we want to help you get the inspiration you need to gradually fulfill destiny! The thing is, to be the leader you are destined to be, you must first be a follower! Yes! it is necessary, out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks!
